why am i getting this sign-in error while trying to login to windows 10 on my desktop??????????

when trying to log into windows 10 (build 10586) after few minutes waiting sign the following error appears "the group policy client service failed the sign-in. the universal unique identifier (UUID) type is not supported

1) Have you connected a Microsoft Account?
2) how are you signing in?
3) how many users do have on the machine this is an issue in?
4) is the machine enrolled to a domain?

no i am not connected to a ms account
i am signing in as a local user
i am the owner and sole user of my desktop(there's no other user accounts there)
no the machine isn't enrolled to a domain as this is my home computer

How did you install Windows 10 via inplace update or iso (burned dvd) / usb?

If the latter, try the advanced recovery options, command prompt and adding a new user.

The command for that is: net user username password /ADD

For instance net user John {username} Doe90 {password} /ADD.
