Confusion about upgrade windows 10

In my phone a notification come . The notification is updated your phone. And when I see this here tell something windows 10 technical preview. I can't understand what is this. This is exactly windows 10 or only preview. I am in connection. Kindly help me ☹

It's Windows Mobile 10 Technical Preview. The only reason it has downloaded is because you/or someone using your phone downloaded Windows Insider and enrolled you in the preview rings. The OS downloaded is in Preview so *MAY* have bugs. If you wish to downgrade back to 8.1 connect your phone to a computer and downgrade using Windows Device Recovery Tool.
