Microsoft's site suggests its a corrupt download and the only way to resolve it is either
    1) Hard reset and download again or
    2) Roll back to 8.1 using Windows Device Recovery Tool and then upgrade to WM10 directly

I hard reset about 3 times already and I can't roll because I don't have a computer right now, any news if they'll create a new update to fix that?

So you're saying you hard reset and every time you try again you get the same issue?

Interesting. I guess you'll have to revert back to 8.1 and then upgrade. Or wait till Microsoft releases it officially. Personally, I haven't had that issue on my 830, 920, 925, 640 and 1520.

I can't revert back because I don't have a laptop or computer to install the recovery tool
