Yahoo is not letting me send emails when I check in sent mail it has not sent them

I fact things have got a little weird. I cannot look at sent mail drafts and trying to reload in mail. Does not happen have to go in to book marks and then I can get the in box back.

What OS are you referring to? What device?

If you're referring to Windows 10 Mobile, then it takes time to send. Note that the Yahoo! account specifically can't be made to sync "as items arrive" (which also means as items are sent). The time when your mail will be sent will depend on your synchronization settings. In my phone, for example, it is set to sync "based on my usage" which is once every two hours - so my mail will be sent usually within two hours.
