How to Lock my phone through Microsoft account?

Yesterday my mobile was stolen and i've tried to lock my mobile through Microsoft account, but when i click lock my phone option it can't lock... Now what i have to do for lock my phone?

If it's been stolen, then the chances are that the SIM has been removed and the thief has factory reset the device. All you can really do is contact the relevant authorities (police, insurance, service provider) and inform them of the loss and obtain a replacement.

If your phone wasn't protected by a PIN, you'll need to monitor activity on any of the accounts/apps you had on the phone in case there is an attempt at fraud/identity theft. You might also want to change any relevant passwords.
