Windows Central Question

Every day I am constantly interrupted with constant updates. I don't want any updates. All it does is make things slower. It shouldn't need updates all the time. Now when you shutdown you have to update , otherwise it won't let you shutdown. Every other Windows has capacity to shut off updates except for Windows 10. If you want me still as a customer ,please tell me how to stop it

Are you actually installing any of those updates? Once installed, you shouldn't be bothered by them again. Updates are expected to be released approximately once a month (not everyday).

Nonetheless, you may choose to "Defer upgrades" for several months in: Start > type in "Updates" > click on "Updates" > Advanced Options > Select "Defer Upgrades".
