alt + click with the pen tool when the screen is flipped and book is closed?

I purchased a surface for my photography business, and started working in photoshop on some images. I prefer to flip the screen and close the book (using it as a tablet with the keyboard attached but not accessible, closed) so that I can draw with the pen tool in photoshop. The alt + click is used for selections and source selection, but I can't find a way to do this with just the pen. Can someone help me with a workaround? Is there a way to change the button assignments on the pen? Or is there another way to Alt + click without the keyboard?

Check the Surface app, you can change the pen settings there, depending on what version pen you have.
