Can't login into my computer, click the power icon, and it keeps restarting.

Hello! As of May 2nd, 2019, my Lenovo ideapad (33OS) which uses windows 10 hasn't been letting me log into my desktop. I am able to reach the login screen and can see my name on it but anytime I try to login with my password my computer either resets itself (goes back to the Lenovo loading screen) or simply flashes for a split second and does nothing. Not only that, but I am also unable to click the power icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. When I do, all my computer does is return to the Lenovo loading screen again. It doesn't show the three options to either power off, restart, or shut down my computer like it used to. One other thing: the wifi icon near the power button is also malfunctioning. It has a red X on the wifi icon and when I click it, all I see avaliable is the airplane mode and not any of my wifi networks.
I can't exactly do much with my computer at the moment so I haven't done a lot to try and fix the error. However I have held down the tangible power button on my keyboard for 5 seconds to turn it completely off, but even then it doesn't do much to help.
If anyone has any idea what's going on or how to fix it, please let me know as soon as possible! Thank you in advance!
EDIT: In case this has any significance, my device is a laptop. I just use the term computer rather loosely.

So first things first. If anyone thinks a Lenovo Ideapad is a computer in the traditional sense instead of thinking about a laptop, that person should not be helping you lol.

Next. It will probably take much longer than 5 seconds for the physical button to turn off your laptop. The idea would be to hold it down until the laptop shuts down.

Once it's off, give it a sec or two. Push the button to start up again and immediately after that press the f8 button. You might have to press it once or maybe a few times. The idea here, is to enter 'safe mode'. Safe mode will probably allow you to boot into windows. It will only start up with core drivers and services. Once in, you can do some better troubleshooting. Basic questions? did you recently have an update? did you recently change sth in the registry? recently install a program?

Going though those questions might help you identify the culprit. Otherwise you could choose to refresh your windows 10 version

Edit: I think it should be f8. Could be sth else. Google or bing how to enter safe mode for your specific device. This should also give an idea of what screen you should be seeing when trying to launch that mode

All the above is great advice. If it all works in Safe Mode then it means you have a program installed that is causing the issues. Do you have antivirus installed for example?

Please try again to boot in to Safe Mode and see if that works.
