How to upgrade OEM 8.1 Pro to 10 Pro using an already existing Win 10 ISO from MS?

Sony Vaio Duo 13.

I already have the 10 image & I'm on metered internet. Rather than go through another download, how can I use the image I already have? I read on the MS site that this image contains both home & pro.

You will need a connection at least for the License xfer, setup and cumulative updates to get the current version on the release branch.

If you have Pro you will upgrade to Pro.
