Windows Central Question

I've enabled the "display delete confirmation" check box in my recycle bin properties but this doesn't seem to do it. We use dropbox, and i'm not sure if it is a something to do with their folder options. When I called dropbox they told me it is a windows 10 issue.

The reason we need this is we have a new employee that seems to be mouse happy. They are moving folders all over without even realizing it. It is causing quite a bit of chaos. I'd like to have it notify her before she does anything.

These folders are within Dropbox?

That would be the user's permissions inside Dropbox... Despite what the Db rep said, that hasn't anything to do with the OS. Witness that you could access the folders via PC, Android, iOS, Mac, Windows Phone, webOS, Symbian... Anything with a dedicated app or html browser.

Blaming it on Windows 10 seems a bit disingenuous to me.
