how can i stop win 10 home update,

[Windows Central Question]

how can i stop win 10 home update, have tried everything [link removed], including registry changes and setting. but windows still updates, now Ive not room left in the hd despite having nothing else on it

this is a brand new pc Iota 2320 slim 14

i originally made change in registry to stop it updating past v 1703 but now its v 1903

extra questions:
--is it ok the uninstall all the up dates.
--why wasn't it suggested that i just delete the "windows update" entry in services [there were at least 5 other methods listed but not that one, the articles were written by an expert, but they dont seem to have a forum that i can find. maybe someone here knows

i'd appreciate any help before i put win 7 on it

Silly question but why do you not want to update it and why stick with Windows 7 over Windows 10?

if wifi internet access, just claim you are on a metered account. also see the following

I still think it makes sense to stick with Windows 10 and not go back to Windows 7.
