Windows 10 upgrade problem

Hello,

I'm trying to switch to Windows 10 but whenever i click on upgrade now windows updates window opens up and says No updates are available. What can i do?

If i click Get Windows 10 i only have Preparing to begin upgrade...

How can i solve this?
