    had phone for about 3 months outlook stopped syncing. sync options were grayed out tried all kinds of things to address, att walked through mostly the same things..uninstalled mail reinstalled, restarted hard and soft, all of it. so they sent a new phone as it was still under warranty now this one after getting outlook to work wont stop restarting. I put pin in once and it locked me out this morning? ghosts or gremlins in my phone? very frustrated I just want to be able to use it? any help would be appreciated.

    Do you mind telling us, which phone are you using? Is it Lumia 950 series? If you find time, I'd advise you to perform a Hard Reset using Windows Device Recovery tool Click Here

    yes lumia 950, in the midst of a hard restart hoping that will work. I am curious why after a few months of no problems all this began.

    did hard reset, updated to 318. still the restart cycle is going on. not as frequent but still happening? anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

    Gonna take phone to att service shop. they are going to re-flash it...we shall see what that does. if it doesn't fix it I am supposed to get another one.
