update issue

Hi guys I'm in India i have been using the wp10 tech. preview and had jumped back to wp 8.1 lumia cyan .Now I wish to update my device to lumia denim but phone update is showing phone is up to date but it is not.Can anyone just help me.

check your time/date and region settings to see if they are okay. And which model do you have?
