How can I make some storage adjustments?

how to clear all the storage i kept on going clearing storage but finally my ph. storage is full.
now m helpless i cant do anything coz its reserved.
almost all my apps are on SD CARD.
still how i could c;ear the space since i cant do anything????

Uninstall some apps, if you got Whatsapp backup chats , uninstall, then re-install (Whatsapp sometimes eats gigs without notice).
Move all your photos and videos on a pc/ notebook or on SD
Go to Internet Explorer / Edge and clear cache

Last advice, an hard reset
