Start screen lags and messaging, files, Photos etc. apps crashing

I have Lumia 640 Xl, something weird happened to my mobile and is now lagging and most of the apps are crashing even I'm not able to access my message, can't open Photos, Files etc. in short apart from People and Phone app I can't access anything on my phone.

1 - Wich windows 10 build are you using? Check in settings -> Info
2 - Did you follow all system and core apps updates? Check in Store -> Downloads
3 - Did you got a SD card? Put it in a notebook sd reader and make a deep file check via Windows
4 - Tried a soft reset? (Vol down + power 15 secs)
