Is it possible to use Groove pass and bing rewards outside supported regions?

I successfully changed all settings to US, added all info as I live there, verified the phone number, but still keeps showing ERROR!
Is there any workaround? VPN's for example??

bing rewards only works for USA, don't know about groove music pass
