No pictures or group text after Windows 10 upgrade

I have an unlocked Lumia 640 using the Simple Mobile network....After upgrading to Windows 10 from 8.1...I can no longer receive group text or send and receive media in messaging...I researched the site (GAPN Settings) I had use for 8.1 to find new settings to manually put in apn and mms ...applied them and still no luck...

It seems like everytime I upgrade OS, i must replace the SIM card for everything to work....

After applying APN, you must reboot your phone

Yes I have rebooted several times...
