    I bought the phone in April 2016 and have had the Mother Board changed after i damaged the SIM port. This is when the "Resuming" problem started.

    Start with a simple soft reset (hold vol down + power 15 secs)

    If not enough, make a backup and restore your phone via pc and WDRT or via Settings -> Info -> More

    My friends 550 was like that brand new.Store send phone to microsoft 2 times and both times it came back with same failure.Allways resuming he asked money back and bought some cheap alcatel android phone.
