HP Elite X3 - Two questions

[Windows Central Question]

How will biometric information be stored? Apple stores their fingerprint information in their "secure enclave", basically a chip. Supposedly fairly secure. Google stores theirs in software - and has already been hacked. Where will Microsoft store this very, very important bit of data?

4K video? Fingers crossed, but not actually expecting any good news on this. Anybody?
