Windows Central Question

All i have is a blue screen that says "welcome to Windows 10!" with a little "Next"
box in the lower right corner. When I click on the next box, nothing happens

Welcome.

Be patient it takes a few moments if you have an older system.
If the install insists on hanging there restart your PC.

Just in case you do actually decide you don't want Windows 10. If you did an upgrade from your Windows 7 or 8 here are the steps to get you back to Windows 7 or 8. The good news is once the Windows 10 upgrade has completed you will have claimed your free upgrade. If you decide to upgrade at some other time you will still be able to do it free.

open the Start menu and select Settings.
Click the “Update & security” icon and select “Recovery.”
You should see a “Go back to Windows 7” or “Go back to Windows 8.1”
