I'm thinking about replacing some parts on my laptop, since they need. Then my Windows will be deactivated. Can I re-activate it again?

What parts? Likely you won't lose activation unless you replace the motherboard.

You probably will have to make a phone call to explain the situation to MS Activation at the worst.
