How to stop navigation keys vibrating Lumia 930 Windows 10

Recently upgraded to Windows 10 on my Lumia 930 and did a hard reset to log into an updated Microsoft account and now find the navigation keys vibrating. The "touch" option in Extras does not appear to be there.

Go to SETTINGS >> SYSTEM >> STORAGE >> This Device >> Apps & Games >> and check that it's installed.
IF YES, I'd uninstall, then Check for Updates (in the Store) ... (possibly, Check for Updates, first)
IF NO, see if you can d/l it from the Store, check My Library for installed apps
IF it doesn't show on This Device & somehow installed on SDCard, there's an option to MOVE it to This Device

other than that ... dunno
