Weird stuff happening on my Lumia 635(512 mb)

I can't download apps on occasion and I have to sign in again on my apps such as Instagram, Youtube, twitter etc. on occasion. And to top it all off, it seems my apps always defaults its settings whenever I exit from the app that I was currently using. I have an error message in the phone update tab. The error is 80072f8f. Prior to this, I wanted to update my phone to Windows 10 using Windows Insider but it didn't work. Can someone help me out?

You'll have to factory reset your device - updating to W10M is no longer possible for 512MB RAM devices
