My Lumia ICON shows LTE, but won't receive data.

Wi-Fi works perfectly, but I cannot get any data out of my cellular connection. The display shows 4G or LTE, but Cortana says that she has no data access. Any e-mail link says that I need to connect to the internet to continue. Data connection is on, Airplane mode is off, data roaming is enabled, SIM shows 3 bars of Verizon connection.
I have activated a "vzwinternet" APN connection, but the Proxy Port setting of "80" does not save. Where should I look to find the problem?

Problem is with your data provider, chrck with them i you should change some of the settings. Mine is not using proxy, port is 8080 on mine

most likely it is an issue with APN settings
By the way, do you have data plan enabled?
