[Windows Central Question]

blu win hd lte had a full charge from the included charger when the phone started lagging so I powered down the phone and now it will not power on the charging indicator light does not light up windows shows phone id as qhsusb_bulk. I have tried another charger and the reset procedure but no change

can you remove the battery and then put it back and try again?
Is the warranty active?
