How do is show the battery % on the start page of my luminar?

Start page? You mean the start screen? Battery is shown in the top right section of your screen. If you want to check the % pull down the notification center just a bit and you'll see the percentage.

Or you can download a battery saving app. Most of them display battery status on the live tile
