Have looked extensively but to no avail

Hi there. Unfortunately, Windows 10 does not have a built in clipboard viewer. There are third party apps that can be used, though.

I'd check out https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/share-via-clipboard/9nblggh1rq92 in the app store. Or perhaps another app like it.

Which operating system are you referring to?

Desktop or Mobile?

Desktop: this windows component has been removed and cannot longer be installed by "turn on features" / "windows set up".

If you are on windows 10, you can try some of the clipboard apps through the store or some of the freeware programs which are available on the internet.

Windows 10 Mobile: you can try some of the clipboard apps in the store.

Unlike XP you don't have access to the Clipboard viewer (this has been the case since vista/7 or so) however the clipboard is integrated to the operating system.
