AM/PM and last numbers of date disappeared after restart (Help)

Hey, when I turned on my laptop this morning my Google search engine tabs weren't working so I restarted my laptop to try to fix it which worked. But I noticed for the first time ever that my time and date were missing a few parts to them and I have no idea how to fix it I looked it up did what it said but no change even tried restarting again nothing.
