Hello,After upgrading to windows 11, my laptop Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-52) , started freezing randomly.

This was non existent in win 10.Now its booting to a BSOD page witht the stop code "ntfs file system"

On next restart it boots to " preparing automatic repair" page which keeps running for a long time with no change/progress

(This page does not show any restart/advanced option)

I am not able to enter bios on boot. Tried pressing f2/f8/f12.

So the laptop is currently booting in a loop between the BSOD page and then preparing automatic repair page.

Any help/suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

Try “Acer Boot Recovery”. Power on the computer and continuously press “Alt + F10” when its logo shows up until it response to your pressing. Then, it will turn into Acer PC recovery environment and eRecovery Management will pop up automatically. This is the start of Acer boot recovery.

In its main interface, on the left side, choose “Restore”. And, there are three other options for you to choose.

Hoping by doing this you successfully restore your system...
