    Hello! I'm a medical student, planning to buy Atlas but the dev hasn't updated Windows touch ver since the days of 8.1, so thinking about getting the desktop one.
    Touch input is a must for such app!

    Yes, you could however the UX will determine usability of the win32 in a touch environment.

    As for instance some win32 apps are designed to use "mouse hover" to show menus therefore utilising these sort of menus in a touch environment will be tricky to say the least.
