Having issues with my break through list not keeping contacts

[Windows Central Question]

I add about 10 people to my break through list. I use my phone and everything is fine, then I go back to check on my break through list and all but one contact remains. Everytime it clears it self out, i leave only one of the contacts and it's the same contact. I can't even remove that contact to see if it is just a bug with that one.

Could you give us more information on the issue like, when did it first begin? What OS build you are on? Are you an insider ?
