I keep getting a blue screen at random moments. Sometimes it is when i change programs, for example between firefox and VLC media player or even just out of a program to the desk top. It sometimes happens while playing a game. It really shouldn't be my hardware because it is pretty new and my brother has the same parts, except the graphics card (he has nvidia and i have amd). I usually get the message "THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER" but yesterday one of the crashes said "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". It crashes maybe three time a day and it is getting annoying and I'm worried that my computer will break because of it. I didn't have this problem before i switched to windows 10 but I also know nothing about computers so it could be anything.

I put in the system information I got after running DxDiag and a part of my graphic card information in case that helps.

Hi! Wow! There are so many things that can cause this! You stated you know nothing about computers, so I don't know where to start. Here's a good link to check out.
Maybe other members will have more suggestions for you latter! I would start out updating your graphics driver. Download Drivers
    Windows freezes or stops responding.

You might have driver issues. You'll have to try a bunch of things to find the one that works for you.

    1. Uninstall AMD video driver. Reinstall it.
    2. Search AMD's site for a newer driver
    3. If your laptop uses switchable graphics, find newer drivers for the intel graphics card
    4. (If these don't work) Do a clean install of windows
