Microsoft has always been a software company it has produced operating systems like MS-DOS and then Windows, and its OEM partners have made the hardware to run them. And this same business model was applied to Windows smartphones at the beginning, when Microsoft introduced Windows Phone 7 and number of OEMs jumped in and released smartphone based on it. so after the sad demise on lumia we should find more OEMs releasing devices with windows 10 as it continues to grow. In the near future Microsoft will also introduce new minimum requirements for windows 10 mobile as it continues to bring in more features.
