In windows 10, cannot type in stichy notes etc.

In windows 10, cannot type in sticky notes or setting search box. Can copy and past to both. Was working several weeks ago. Has something been disabled?

Hi If you can copy and paste to both, I would think it's your key board. Check in your devise manager. If you need more help, please join the forum! Try running sfc /scannow!
