My phone keep restarting after even small hit.

Hi, I have a problem. My lumia 830 does a restart if being hit/dropped....
And i am not talking about big crashes, sometimes it does restart even when i just pick it up coz someone is calling me or put it on table. I think problem is battery since if phone is charging this is not happening (but maybe i am wrong). Does anyone esle had this kind of problem? if so what u suggest to repair it?

Seems to be like loose battery /terminals. has this device met the floor frequently? this is more of hardware issue and your first step should be to visit an authorized service center for an inspection.

Do manually remove the battery to check for any bumps as well.
