Surface Pro 4 - is over 80*c okay when only running a few apps and outlook (which is indexing?)

No that's not OK!

That temperature is bumping up against the absolute maximum operating temperature and should not be happening unless heavy stuff is underway like rendering, gaming, etc.

Now I want to take a look at Task Manager and see which is the case here.

1. A process (or multiple ones) are going at it and resulting in ~100% processor use.
2. The load isn't near 100% but the processor is still pegged at maximum speed.
(like something near 3 GHz? I know if I let my maximum processor limit sit at 100% my computer and a friend's computer like to idle at max for some reason - but I put my foot down on that.)
