icloud for windows control panel won't go to my default browser

[Windows Central Question]

I have Chrome set at my default browser on Windows 10. BUT when I click to the icloud.com button on the icloud control panel, it takes to me IE11. (I can;t turn off IE11 because then I can;t get Windows to default to Chrome. Long story.) I know it's easy enough just to go to icloud.com directly from Chrome, but this is REALLY bugging me, mostly because I was able to do it on the computer I just replaced. Thanks for any help!
