    Hi Try another reset! things may have changed now, sense you don't have any system file errors. It is my understanding that a reset is supposed to install the latest updates.
    I would also try another in-place repair! Some thing has to work! Have you done a chkdsk?
    Have you replaced any major hardware??

    Hi! I'm not getting a lot of help from other members on this thread, and that's OK. If any of the staff members are watching this thread; this tutorial is great, but it could stand a little updating IMHO. I wonder if this will even be noticed by staff. LMAO. Time will tell.     Hi Young friend! I expect you either solved your update issue or you have given up. Sense you have Windows 10 Pro; I'm starting to wonder; sense nothing works you, you might have the up date turned off. Would really like to hear from you. We spent a lot of time together!

    Hi! I may not have my facts straight, but I'm thinking the Anniversary update is 3.5 GB. That's what it's showing on my flash. That is a large update in my option.
    Have you ever created a Media Creation Tool?? Please give me a answer that I can understand. I realize that there is a language barrier between us and that's OK.
    Do you have the Media Creation tool on a flash drive? My down load speed is Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results

    Sorry because I'm busy this time. Then Sorry .for not answering the questions. And Dell Support is not helping.Because my warranty is ended already. I'm able to Upgrade to 1607 because it is listed on the website of dell.

    I downloaded the recovery OS from Dell Support About 6GB file then I updated to anniversary Update.
