950XL APP/Updates stalled, 33 and growng

I now have 33 apps/updates and growing every day. Apps simply show as downloading, but nothing installs. I have tried to delete the pending apps but they return with nothing being updated or installed. Every thing else works fine.

Try tapping "pause all" for downloads and try just one at a time slowly.

Before doing that, make sure to check that your phone is up to date by going to settings->update and security to check for updates.
