Windows Central Question

I had a blue screen error and had to enable a restore point to boot the computer. In attempting the download my documents file to a flash drive, the desktop tower was pushed over with the flash drive in the front bus slot, breaking the flash drive. Now the bus is not working to plug in a mouse, and I have not learned how to enable the keyboard to direct a cursor. Help!? (Will the computer work otherwise without the bus functioning...? It is booted up.... (l cannot find any instruction for W10 on using the computer with keyboard alone.)
Thanks for any help
