What do you use to get those awesome colorful backgrounds on Windows 10 Mobile?

I've noticed on most on Daniel's Windows Phone videos he always has such great multicolored backgrounds. I've also seen in a review he used some kind of app that gave him a selection of some neat colorful backgrounds. What do you use, Dan?
