There are a few reasons lead to this error. You can get rid of it by resetting win sock, clean up DNS cached file, renew IP address.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int tcp reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
If those commands can't help to resolve this issue, I would recommend configuring LAN IP address and its settings (gateway, DNS) manually instead of choosing automatic mode.
