    I recently bought this phone. It's up to date with everything. But as of today I have been unable to access the internet via mobile data. I can still text and make calls. I've tried soft reset and the internet works for a very short period I.e. Refresh Instagram then stops working again almost immediately. I've had a couple of error codes:0x8000FFFF, 0x80072EDF and there was another one that popped up once which I believe ended 7E30.... Is there a way I can fix this without wiping my phone? Does a hard reset do that? Thanks in advance!

    I would recommend that you check your APN settings, and make sure that they match the carrier settings. You can do that by going to Settings->network & wireless-> cellular & sim and tap your sim 1 settings to see how the apn settings are.
