Cursor Issues

[Windows Central Question]

I just got done with a factory reset on my pc, and i can't click anything to continue with the setup process of my computer.

Message on screen: *Your PC has been reset, but we couldn't remove all your personal files. If you plan to give away or recycle your PC, try resetting it again*

Button choice:
*Got it*

I need to select *got it* in order to move any further but can't because of no cursor on the screen, any help is very much appreciated.

Did u try hitting enter with ur keyboard.. Ur mouse's driver might have got uninstalled so also try removing and inserting it again to the cpu..
