Arrogance at Arrow, Microsoft Garage

I use Arrow Launcher. I love it. As one would expect from a new product it has issues. One is a serious one.

So was pleased when I was directed to a page at something called Arrow Central which said "Hi John, what do you think about Arrow?" Or words to that effect.

I replied. It took me about 20 minutes. I pressed the send button.

Next the screen told me

"You do not have enough experience to answer this question."

Really? I would have expected 35 years in IT would have almost overqualified me.

What unpleasant, rude, breathtaking arrogance from Microsoft.

Is this the new face of Microsoft, or do I get an apology?

I can confirm that the new front-facing customer service for MS in much of the world, B2X, is far worse than you have experienced here. The new way is to treat the customer like dirt, for some reason. Oh how I miss Nokia Care centres...
