As a result of trying to deal with problems with syncing (to a Windows phone, etc) I have discovered SyncCentre on my W10 PC, but it does not work at all. No Partnerships are listed, when I try to create Partnerships is says they cannot be created on my device(s) Why? The Manage offline files button (which is the place to start) does not respond at all.
I suspect if the Centre was working I would have a fair chance of resolving sync issues.
