Surface Pro 4 i7 Slow windows 10 fall update intall

Has anyone else found that the fall update is taking hours to install on surface pro 4's I have been watching the counter move about 1% every 10 min or so this is ridiculous there in no other programs running in the back ground and I tried a restart just seams the table dose not want to install it the original creators update went on in no time and this is just driving me nuts thinking of doing a clean install just to get the job done.
