motion data problem in apps like Fitbit & microsoft band

[Windows Central Question]

After installing Fitbit and Microsoft band, it asks permission for enabling motion data continuously when it is already enabled. I tried reinstalling the apps and restarted the phone but the problem is still there. I have latest build of windows mobile and everything is updated.
