Windows Central Question

I am using Windows 10.

When I turn on my PC it gets to a blue screen showing “Automatic Repair. Your PC did not start correctly”, and I get the options to restart or go to “advanced options”. The issue is that my keyboard stops working when this blue screen loads (although the keyboard works just when turning the PC on), so I cannot select any of the options.
I turned the PC off and back on several times hoping it might result in a different outcome. I also kept switching the USB plugs where I was connecting my keyboard but the keyboard will always stop working when the blue screen loaded.

Thank you for your time. Any help would be very appreciated.
